Plague Inc: Evolved combines high strategy with a terrifyingly realistic simulation. You have just infected “Patient Zero” – you now must bring an end to human history by creating a global plague that is deadly and adaptable against all the ways Humanity can defend itself.

Game Story:
Plague Inc. Evolved starts with choosing a country as your starting point and customizing the traits for your pathogen. This could be a bacterium, or virus or something exotic, like a bio-weapon or nano-virus.
Players must then spread their disease worldwide, while evolving symptoms, transmission methods and resistances. Countries will respond to the disease with quarantines, public awareness and research.
Plague Inc. Evolved adds multiplayer (versus or co-op), a custom scenario layer, and a simulation layer to the original formula.
Balance between stealthiness and lethality plays a key role. If you kill too quickly, nations could shut you down. If you remain too secretive, the world could cure you before your effectiveness. This is a dance of increasing intensity and evasion.
