Bookworm, a word-formation puzzle game by PopCap Games, is a challenging and fungame. Players click on letters in a grid to form words. They do this by matching the correct position of each square with the colored dot. As the words are formed, they are revealed in their correct positions, and empty spaces are filled to fill all available space.
The final word drawn is the one that begins with the upper-left corner letter. The goal of the game is for the player to form all the words using the spaces available by determining the correct letter sequence. When a player has run out of words, the game is over.
Game Story:
Bookworm Adventures lets you take on the role of a little bookworm called Lex, who embarks on a magical adventure within magical books. There are many funny monsters in the world, as well as tricky puzzles. Lex uses letter tiles to create words instead of weapons when fighting enemies.
Lex will do more damage to enemies if you spell a longer word. The enemies will also attack Lex, and may break or lock letters in order to make it harder. Lex discovers special items and potions on his journey that heal him or can make his attacks more powerful.
