The game takes place at Circus Baby’s Entertainment and Rental, a sister restaurant of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. The central character of this establishment is Circus Baby, an animatronic character. The player controls a new employee tasked with maintaining an animatronics facility while fighting violent animatronics that spring to life during the night.
Sister Location’s gameplay differs from the previous Five Nights at Freddy’s 5 games in that players can travel between rooms, and each night has a different goal.

The story’s core elements haven’t changed. There is still a pizzeria and a nightwatchman. And the animatronics that are stationed at the perimeter continue to pose a threat. The mission won’t be considered complete until you have survived five nights and avoided any nasty doll encounters.
